1. GROUND RULES

• Eligibility: You must be at least the legal age of majority in your country to purchase Products. If you are younger, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

• Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. TERMS OF SALE & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or pricing errors.

• International Shipping & Customs: You acknowledge that your goods are being shipped from Pakistan.

  • Import Duties: If you are ordering from outside Pakistan (e.g., from the United States), you are the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country’s customs authority. PDW is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

• Returns: Please review our separate Return Policy for information on returns. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Content We Own: All content on the Platform, including the PDW name, the “Pro Design Wear” logo, branding, product designs, photos, and text is owned by PDW and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our logo or designs without prior written permission.

• No License: You do not acquire any ownership rights to any trademarks, service marks, or trade names through your access or use of the Platform.

4. USER CONTENT (REVIEWS & SOCIAL)

• Content You Submit: If you post reviews, photos, or comments on our Platform or social media channels (e.g., regarding our tournaments or products), you grant PDW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes.

• Code of Conduct: You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. PDW reserves the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTIES

• “As Is”: Our Products and Platform are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” While we strive for perfection in our manufacturing, PDW disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Product Accuracy: We attempt to display colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PDW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of your use of the Platform or Products.

• Maximum Liability: In no event shall PDW’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to PDW for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. DISPUTES, JURISDICTION, & VENUE

• Applicable Law: Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Venue: You agree that all claims shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.

• International Users: If you access the Platform from the United States or other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform or purchase of Products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
