PDW RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PDW (Pro Design Wear), we want you to feel confident in your gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of PDW products, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be free of any stains, odors (perfume, smoke, sweat), or pet hair.

Original Tags: All PDW tags and labels must be attached.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

Customized or personalized jerseys/apparel.

Intimate apparel (e.g., compression shorts/underwear) for hygiene reasons.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (International Customers)

Customer Responsibility: As we ship internationally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Deduction: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item back to us, you must use a trackable shipping service (like FedEx, DHL, or UPS). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Email Us: Contact our support team at prodesignwear1@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the correct Return Address in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely.

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: You MUST clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs declaration form. If you do not do this, the package may be charged import duties by Pakistani customs, which will be deducted from your refund or cause the package to be rejected.

5. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS If you received a defective or damaged product (e.g., ripped seams, wrong size sent by us), PDW will cover the return shipping costs.

Please email us immediately at prodesignwear1@gmail.com with a photo of the damage.

We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
