PDW SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume: During high volume periods (like product launches or holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES We ship worldwide from our distribution center in Sialkot, Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States (Standard): 8 – 15 business days

  • United States (Express – DHL/FedEx): 4 – 7 business days

  • International (Rest of World): 10 – 20 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics or customs processing, which are out of our control.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS (IMPORTANT) Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • PDW (Pro Design Wear) is not responsible for these charges.

  • If applied, these are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping cost and any customs fees charged to us from your refund.

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time mentioned above, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. PDW is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES PDW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
